Group Consolidation Services

Due to a combination of rising costs associated with running their businesses and decreasing reimbursement from insurance providers, today’s physicians are finding it increasingly difficult to stay afloat. One way to mitigate the effects of this situation is group consolidation. By combining their practices, physicians can defray some of the overhead costs associated with doing business.

Using the success of NAPA’s own consolidation efforts as a model, NMSC can assist medical groups that are considering a merger in nearly any specialty and market. We can show physicians how consolidation may help them streamline their costs, improve their business practices and enhance their negotiating positions with payers.

NMSC has proven its ability to guide medical professionals through consolidation, from feasibility studies to implementation. We can help ensure that all operational, clinical and governance issues are resolved in an equitable manner, leading to greater acceptance and cohesion of the individual practices into one unit.

Upon consolidation into a single large entity, NMSC will help the new practice to satisfy all its non-clinical and business needs through incentives on its other services, such as low-cost contracts for billing and collection services and discounted fees for the purchase of a Cell in PRASEC.
