For over two decades, NAPA’s services have been helping many of the Northeast’s leading hospitals and skilled physicians achieve operational and administrative cost-efficiencies. As the largest, most progressive private practice anesthesia group in the USA, NAPA physicians and CRNAs touch the lives of thousands of patients each week.

Comprised of over 425 anesthesiologists and more than 200 CRNAs as well as 200+ management and administrative professionals, we currently provide anesthesia services at 22 leading hospitals, four ambulatory surgery centers and 30 private practice physicians’ offices in five states: Maryland, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.

In addition to our anesthesia outsourcing business, NAPA runs five centers for chronic pain management, provides full practice management services for 75 pediatricians in Allied Pediatrics of New York and founded and manages its own captive insurance company.
