Clinical Leadership and ExpertiseNAPA’s capabilities extend beyond our expertise in providing the highest quality anesthesia services; in fact, we are specialists in management of the entire operating room facility. Because every facility is unique, we use our thorough knowledge of the logistics of running operating rooms to analyze each client’s individual needs and design a plan that’s tailored specifically to that facility. Every hospital we serve is assigned its own Anesthesia Chairman, who will create an annual operating room action plan to guide the facility’s management. The Anesthesia Chairman is committed foremost to ensuring that the hospital is adequately staffed with the right anesthesia professionals—24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. The chairman will establish and enforce measures to promote consistent, high quality service to every patient.
