NAPA was founded by a group of leaders in anesthesia management whose goal was – and still is – to provide the highest quality service to the facilities and patients we serve. We pride ourselves in attracting and retaining the best and brightest anesthesia professionals in the industry, and our staff is dedicated to our mission and committed to upholding the reputation we have spent building for three decades.
NAPA is led by a team of practicing anesthesiologists who serve as The Board of Directors. Timothy Dowd, M.D., board certified in anesthesia, critical care medicine and pediatrics, heads the Board of Directors as Managing Partner and CEO of NAPA Management Services Corporation. Lloyd Straus is NAPA’s President and Chief Operating Officer.
