 NMSC Names New Senior Vice President of Business Development

Thomas D. Delaney has been named Senior Vice President of Business Development at NAPA Management Services Corporation (NMSC). His responsibilities will include sales, product development, marketing and expansion.
Mr. Delaney has thirty years experience in insurance, healthcare and employee benefits administration working for regional and national organizations. His most recent position was with Amalgamated Life Insurance Company as Senior Vice President for Sales and Marketing. He has also held senior management positions at the ICD International Center for the Disabled, Vytra Health Plans, USI Administrators and United Healthcare. He has been an active member of the New York Business Group on Health and Long Island Association for over 20 years and served on the Boards of three community based not-for-profit organizations.
