We at NAPA believe that physicians working together can efficiently manage and control insurance programs directly related to the practice of medicine and the administration of such practice. To that end, in 2001, NAPA Partnership Physicians founded and capitalized Practice Security Insurance Company SPC, Ltd. (PRASEC), a Cayman Islands licensed segregated portfolio insurance company.
PRASEC offers qualified medical (and professional) groups ownership of a segregated portfolio, or “cell”.
Upon purchase of a cell, your group gains access to PRASEC insurance and reinsurance products.
All PRASEC products and services are offered exclusively through Practice Security Consulting Services, LLC (PSCS), a New York State licensed insurance consulting and brokerage firm.
