The largest and most progressive private practice anesthesia group in the country, NAPA currently provides anesthesia services at 18 hospitals, numerous Ambulatory Surgical Centers, multiple physician office sites in three (3) states; Maryland, New Hampshire and New York.

- A captive, Cayman Islands domiciled insurance company, Practice Security Insurance Company SPC, Ltd., which can offer high quality, participating groups innovative ways to take control of skyrocketing insurance programs.
- A discreet mobile anesthesia program, NAPA Ambulatory Anesthesia Services, which offers anesthesia services to independent ASCs, multi-specialty groups and individual physician offices.
